Read Escentuals recommendation for this for redness. My skin barrier was damaged by a premium range and I have really struggled with it since. I am definitely seeing a difference but only time will tell. Am using Toleriane serum with it. Great product at a brilliant price.

I bought this cream initially, for my baby’s sore bum, as someone had given me a little bit of it to try and it was really effective. However, one night before bed I was at my wits end with how my skin was looking - spots, red patches, dull, so I used some of this cream all over my face. It’s quite thick and white, but I rubbed it in fairly well and went to bed. In the morning, I was SO pleased. My skin was way better, spots had reduced and it was far less red. A couple more nights and now my skin is amazing. I’m using less foundation too, as I have less to cover up now. I’m not going to use it every night but I know now that I have a really effective product when I need it.
