A light and easy to spread moisturiser. My skin is not infested with acne per say but it does suffer from rosacea and little pimples left after a nasty heat rash years ago, therefore it helps to use a lighter moisturiser to stop me having to rub in thicker creams which just make me more red and helps pimples pop up from the friction. Does make my skin a little shiny and slightly greasy after a few hours but that is just the my my skin handles certain products. Can't say it helps the rosacea much (in terms of the redness) as it's not specifically and strictly designed for it but it keeps my skin hydrated, free from tons of pimples and definitely stops it from drying out through out the day so i am happy. Over all i do recommend

This really is such an amazing product. I have always suffered from acne and oily skin and always use products that cater for this, which while helping to reduce the oiliness, sometimes leave me with dry patches. Effaclar H actually DOES moisturise, without adding to the oiliness of my skin. It also helps to smooth the surface on the skin and provides a great base for make up, and does not clog pores or cause my acne to flare up. Overall a fantastic product!

I discovered the LRP Effaclar H range while searching for something to help ease the soreness and tightness of my facial skin due to taking long term antibiotics for a bodily skin disorder. I was hugely impressed that LRP had a range specifically for this niche set of circumstances.
The Effaclar H compensating, soothing moisturiser is just that, very soothing, and provides excellent rehydration without being too heavy for my combination/oily skin. I like to use it at night (using either the Effaclar Mat or Anthelios XL for daytime) and upon waking my skin looks plump and feels calmed and smooth.
I have been using this in combination with other LRP products for the last 6 months and my skin has honestly, never looked better. Highly recommended to anyone with similar skin concerns. Also, the fragrance is very minimal and bland (in a good way) so shouldn't pose a problem.
