This product is excellent and you can notice the reduction in redness by the end of the day.
The cream is light and easily absorbed with no greasy feeling although it would be better if it provided a bit more moisture.
Either way this product deserves my 5* rating. I will continue to use this until they stop selling it!

My prayers have finally been answered!
I have been using the original old Effaclar duo for years however with the new introduction of this new improved Effaclar duo+ my skin has been ever better :-)
I find this product to provide a perfect balance of treatment and moisturizer in one...seriously can not fault! Will definitely re-purchase in the future!

The best acne treatment I've ever used

I tried this product for the first time 6 months ago, and now I'm on my 5th tube. I use it morning and evening all over my face. I find it so moisturizing, that I don't even use a moisturizer on top of it during the night. For day, I find it blends well with my foundation and doesn't create oiliness. I've never tried a product that's worked so well for me as this one does!
Also, I've definitely had fewer breakouts since I've started using this cream, and when I do get a breakout I combine it with the A.I. creme from the same range - and the spots tend to heal pretty much over night! Couldn't be happier with this creme.

Really nice product and the effect it has on the skin, especially overnight, is better than I expected. It has quite a good smoothing effect and really calms down any blemishes. Seems to speed up the recovery of blemishes but not sure if it's making a great deal of difference to red marks, perhaps with some more time it will improve. I'd definitely recommend it, it's not as drying as the Effaclar K, but keeps oil at bay too, so great for combination skin!
