Been using this for 3 weeks and I really like it. I only took a star off because my skin is quite oily but I find this to be too stripping to use twice a day as recommended. Once a day or every other day is fine for me, but really has helped improved skin texture and reduce blemishes/hormonal breakouts and blackheads. Not so drying if I use it with a moisturising or balancing toner after. My husband has normal/combination skin and loves it too. Smells great and a little goes a long way.

I do love this product and always recommend to my friends. As I have quite an oily T-zone I am prone to the most unfortunate enlarged pores which love a bit of oil and grime. This gets right in there and gives them a good clean leaving this area tight and smooth. If like myself you have sensitive skin I would recommend to just use on the t-zone as it did inflame other areas of my skin. If pores are a problem I would highly recommend this and its so cheap!

I bought this along with other La Roche-Posay Effaclar products to try and combat the spots that just keep coming, even though I'm in my late 30s!? I have combination/spot prone skin that is sensitive and becomes irritated by the more powerful spot lotions. Although I've been using the La Roche-Posay Effaclar face wash and moisturiser on a daily basis, I don't with toner as I find it a little bit harsh on my cheeks, which can result in redness and dry patches. I have noticed a definite reduction in my pores and less shine on the oilier areas on my face. Overall a great product, but unless your face is very oily I would recommend to use sparingly.
