I have been using this product for well over a year now. I like to make sure I wash all traces of makeup off before bed and this toner is brilliant at removing any residue. I have sensitive combination skin and looking at the ingredients i did think this may dry out and irritate my skin bit it really doesn't. However, I would say that I don't tend to use this with my other effaclar products as using them altogether does sensitise my skin.
Very little product is needed and you really only need to gently wipe your face for it to work. Would really recommend trying it!

Having decided to skip exfoliating scrubs and try a gentler approach, I've been using the LRP Effaclar Astringent Micro-Exfoliant Lotion for the last 6 months and I've definitely noticed an improvement in my skin's texture and overall condition.

I use this product twice daily, after cleansing, and in conjunction with LRP cleansers and mositurisers and find this to be a very effective routine. It has dramatically reduced the number of blackheads I get, I rarely notice any since using this. It's very gentle and doesn't irritate or dry out my skin.

The product does have a slight "alcohol-y" scent but nothing overpowering. The 200ml bottle lasts me around 4 months, so I think it's good value too.

This product smooths out the skin, leaves it feeling refreshed and hydrated all at a great price. I don't use this every night but when I do I wake up with bright skin and it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin at all which is great. The smell is quite strong which is the classic LRP scent, but I don't mind that. I keep finding my mum using this as well- I think she's a fan too. Great product which says exactly what it does- highly recommend :)

I bought this as I decided to do a skin care overhaul after reading Caroline Hirons' blog. I use this post cleansing and before a moisturising toner. I feel that it works well at getting the icky stuff out of my face without me having to use a harsh scrub. I shall continue to use this alongside many other LRP products that are also unlike anything else you can get from British companies. I think I've started a love affair with French skincare!
